Am I eligible to enter the competition? 

You must be 18 years or older and an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to enter the competition. Employees of MONEYME or Seven Network and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter 

When does the competition end? 

The competition ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31^st October 2024. 

How do I know if I’ve won? 

The winner will be notified by telephone or email by 8^th November 2024. 

Are there any restrictions on how I can use the money if I win?  

No, the $10,000 cash prize will be deposited into your nominated bank account and you can use it however you like.

MONEYME ‘Kick Your Goals’ Cash Prize Promotion

 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. These Terms & Conditions apply to the MONEYME ‘Kick Your Goals’ Cash Prize Competition promoted by MONEYME Financial Group Pty Ltd ABN 40 163 691 236 of Level 3, 131 Macquarie Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (“MONEYME”) (the “Promotion”). 

2. We recommend you read these Terms & Conditions in full. Information on how to enter the Promotion and in relation to the prize forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 

3. The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on 01/03/2024 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31/10/2024 (“Promotion Period”). 

Eligibility and entry 

4. Entry to the Promotion is open to permanent residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or older (“Eligible Entrants”) and who meet the Entry Requirements. Employees of MONEYME and Seven Network (Operations) Limited ACN 052 845 262 and their related bodies corporate (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001) and the immediate family of employees of those companies are ineligible to enter. 

5. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, download the MONEYME App (via App Store or Google Play), create an account, and follow the prompts to complete an entry form by providing their contact details and stating in 25 words or less how $10,000 from MONEYME would help them achieve their goal (Entry Requirements). By submitting an entry, the entrant warrants that the entry is a genuine and accurate representation. 

6. Each Eligible Entrant who meets the Entry Requirements during the Promotion Period will receive one entry in the Promotion. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant. 

Prize 

7. There will be one (1) prize of $10,000 AUD (“Prize”) paid to the Prize winner by electronic funds transfer. The Prize winner cannot transfer or assign their right to the Prize to any other person. 

8. Entries will be judged according to how engaging and original they are. The Prize will be awarded to the best entry as judged by MONEYME in its absolute discretion. Allocation of the Prize to the winner is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 

9. In the event the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond MONEYME’s control, MONEYME may in its discretion substitute the Prize for an alternative prize, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 

10. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any additional expenses involved are at the Prize winner’s expense. 

11. The Prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or email by 8/11/2024 via the contact details supplied to MONEYME when they entered the Promotion. If a winning entrant cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, they will forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to the next best non-winning entry. The winner of any unclaimed Prize will be notified in the same way as the original winning entrant by 22/11/2024. 

12. MONEYME reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to request verification of age, identity and residential address of the Prize winner and/or proof of entry validity and other information relevant to entry into or participation in this Promotion. MONEYME reserves the right to disqualify any individual who: (a) is involved in any way with interfering or tampering with the conduct of the Promotion; or (b) MONEYME deems has acted in a way which is contrary to the spirit of the Promotion. 

General 

13. MONEYME assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry in the Promotion or for inaccurate information by any person or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, MONEYME may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify the Promotion. 

14. Where necessary and subject to the approval of the relevant lottery authorities (if required), MONEYME reserves the right to modify and vary these Terms & Conditions and may withdraw the Promotion at any time. MONEYME may exclude from the Promotion any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or who acts in a way which is contrary to the spirit of the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions. Any decision of MONEYME is final and no further correspondence will be entered into. 

15. Information provided by entrants will be collected and used by MONEYME for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and for promotional purposes relating to this Promotion. By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, storage and use of their information as described and agree that MONEYME may also use this information for future marketing or promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. 16. To the extent permitted by law, MONEYME and its related bodies corporate, and their officers, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this 

Promotion and/or the Prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of MONEYME or its related bodies corporate, or their officers, employees or agents.
